I'm glad Ari didn't create the world...
It was WARM today!!! We went around the block 3 times with the dog and their bikes. The dog was exhausted (tells you how out of shape he is!). Ari and I went around once while Kylie was at school... I'm so excited that she can go fast this year, and she doesn't stop every 15 seconds to pick up a stick or rock!!! This summer is going to be fun!!! :)
I joined Weight Watchers today! My goal is to lose 30 lbs. I have lost weight before on my own with Weight Watchers when I was still working. But, this time, I actually have to pay each week and go to meetings. I really need to hear other people talk about dieting and hear their stories and ideas to encourage me to do it... That's something that I miss about working. I don't get that at home... lol.

I make a Conversation Heart trail from the girl's room to their Valentine's Day present every year. They were really looking forward to it, but we had to postpone it at our house for a week since we were gone on the real day. :)

Kylie made me breakfast with a little note! She said, "I couldn't find one that said Mommy; so, I had to use Mom." What a sweetie!!! And, she had made breakfast for Ari and herself too!!! :)
I got to do running records on the kids in Kylie's class today. So, I got to be with Kylie some too. :)

Dad and I took the dogs on an hour walk through the woods above their house. I really like walking with Dad. It's always special and nice to talk to him. 
I miss the woods and this part of living in the country.
My grandpa's dog Flicka came over to play with Ninja while we were in Pennsylvania. The girls think that the dogs got married and are going to have babies now.... LOL!! The other day Kylie was asking her Grandma if they have a special place where dogs get married. I guess after they are married (which must happen at the initial meeting and sniffing), they move right on to having children (We learned all this through Kylie's excited play-by-play commentary when the dogs first met).
Kylie and Ari giving Uncle Josh and Aunt Laura the money that they earned from doing chores around the house. They're going to use it to buy shoes for kids that need them while they are on a trip to South America. Laura suggested that they also send one pair of shoes that they picked out. Laura and Josh will take a picture of the little girls that receive these shoes. It will be so fun to see them!
Mom made so many yummy things for us- angel food cake for my b-day, potato soup, homemade mac and cheese, hamburgers, and homemade tapioca pudding!
Ari enjoying her special Valentine's lunch... She's the one, I'm learning, that really likes the special, little things and makes me feel like it's worth it... :) I found her later in bed before her nap listening to her message/ music card from the lunch... Jas and I recorded a little message in it, and she was opening and closing it to listen.... made me so happy!! 
I actually packed lunches the night before! I even made one for Jas and Ari. I thought Ari might enjoy having her own for something different. It is Valentine-themed... most everything is red or pink in some way or heart shaped... (crackers, heart cheese, heart pretzels with heart sprinkles, fluffy yougart, strawberry milk, pepperonis, and a talking card with a message from Jas and I and music).

Kylie and Ari sang at Grandma and Grandpa's church tonight. 
We took the girls to the car wash! It's still as much fun for me as when I was a kid!!! 
Well, today makes three of us at the doctor in one week. Ari had a sore throat; so, I figured I might as well get her checked too... And, we got another antibiotic... We are fighting the war on germs at our house... I hope we win... :)
We actually made it to one of Kylie's Recognition breakfasts at the school today! She made Star Student and got to enjoy a doughnut and Sunny Delight and got a little certificate. :)
I kinda cheated with today because I didn't take any pictures...oops! This one from yesterday basically summarizes today. I was pretty miserable. This is one of many collections of tissues (toilet paper really) by my computer. 
Superbowl Sunday! We had Josh & Alison and Jeremy & Nicole over to watch it with us. We had pizza and snacks, and the Steelers won!!!!!!!! The Cardinals did make it pretty close at the end though! :)
My little aliens..... Ari wanted to have a facial mask like mommy! Kylie wanted it too but decided that she didn't really like it too much after it dried. Ari wanted to keep it! :)
